Fundraising
St. Helen’s CE Primary School Fundraising
The school receives tremendous support from the staff, parents, grandparents and the local community. Our aim is to give children the opportunities to take part in activities and experiences to enhance their school experience. Our new fundraising group have been working together with staff and the local community to put together a program of events. Fundraising from these events will go towards enhancing the children's school experiences by enhancing their curriculum through visitors, experiences and resources. The fundraising will also go towards developing and enhancing the school environment.
Fundraising events this term are detailed below.
Friday 24th November 9.30am | Parent fundraising meeting for Christmas fair and Spring fundraising events following celebration worship. |
Saturday 25th November 12.00 – 4.00pm | Community Hall Christmas Fair - School will have a stall at the fair and we would love you to visit. |
Thursday 7th December | Christmas jumper day with donations to ‘Save the Children’. Children to wear the favourite Christmas jumper with their school uniform. |
Friday 8th December | Whole school visit to the Panto ‘Snow White’ – more details to follow. |
Friday 8th December | Christmas Fair. Our annual Christmas fair will take place in school with our Santa’s Grotto, Christmas market, tombolas, raffles, games and many more stalls. Refreshments will also be available. |
Thursday 14th December | Fundraising film night ‘The Polar Express’ ticket details to follow soon. |
Thursday 14th December | Choir performance at Church 7.30pm – more information to follow. If your child would like to join choir, please contact the school office. |
