Pupil Leadership Groups

At St Helen's we want to give all pupils the opportunity to develop leadership skills that help to prepare them for success in their ongoing and future education. 

All pupils throughout their time at our school are encouraged to take up a role on one of our Pupil Leadership Groups and help to lead our school, making changes that matter to our whole school community. They meet regularly to share ideas, discuss any issues and plan special events to support the chosen area for example our Worship Leaders plan prayer spaces across school and regular worships.

We ask children to choose which one they want to join to maximise pupils' skills, talents and interests. Over the course of the year the pupil leadership groups lead various events across school.
