St. Helen's CE Primary School, Birch Road, Rixton, WA3 6JS

Currently the school provides 4 - 11 year old provision and is proposing expanding provision with an onsite nursery for children aged 3-4 year olds. This addition to the school will offer many benefits including early years wrap around provision and the early support of children and families.

We are seeking feedback regarding the opening of St. Helen's School Nursery which we propose to become part of our early years provision. We would appreciate if you could spend a few moments completing this short survey.
